Location of the building to interesting places such as Kuantan 118, hipster cafe & midnight market is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The room is clean & spacious enough for my family (2 Adults & 2 Kids). They do have breakfast in the building but we prefer to have breakfast outside since the location is great for morning walking as well. Parking is located behind the building & it's free for hotel guests.

Location: conveniently in the middle of the city, just a few steps to Tower 188. Access: a lot of walkable-distance restaurants nearby, near the Art Street. Food: breakfast spread was good enough in terms of choices and taste. We went to the Rooftop Cafe and the view was nice, the food was also good and reasonably priced. View: not the river viewing room, but still able to watch a glimpse of the Pahang River from my room's window Parking: free parking lots specially allocated available behind the hotel, but we just park in the parking lots by Majlis Bandaraya Kuantan (after working hours).

had to book here due to same-day cancelled by a different hotel. turns out this was better than expected. we booked suite, gets river view at the top floor, close access to roof restaurant (suite incl. free 2 coffee), abundant restaurant options right across the street. you'll never be out of options. also very close to street art row and night market. hotel-owned parking, outside, but hey, that's way better than paying public parking

Hotel staff should be hospitable and service oriented. Your staff, Farra, at Front Office was polite and very obliging. These are some of the values that help this industry to succeed and thrive. And these are the people whom you should reward with cash or kind as they make your hotel stand out! The room provided was clean, spacious and with a view. The food during breakfast was good but make sure food served are fresh and not repeated. Thank you!

Nice river view, easy check in, clean room n comfy bed. Great location. Ample carpark behind the hotel. Easy and near eateries. Will definitely comeback if we ever visited Kuantan. Perhaps, without including the buffet breakfast. Overall the staff is nice, kind and given great hospitality.

Quite decent property for the stay with walking distance to the 188 Tower. Nice food for breakfast and the on top restaurant. Easy access to nearby restaurant within walking distance.

Surrounded with lot of classic cafes and attractions. Just walk distance to Kula cakes (3 mins), The Picker (2 mins), Watak Coffee (2 mins) Periuk Ali (1 mins) and Menara 188 (3 mins), Jaman Tory (11 mins by cars), Pantai Teluk Cempedak (15 mins by car). Shower’s water pressure was so strong and satisfying, bathroom itself so clean. Have free private parking at the back of hotel building. Sure will repeat in my future stay.

The room was so big and clean. The price is also reasonable. The hotel is walkable around Menara Kuantan. Strategic location. Food from the Rooftop Cafe is very tasty at a reasonable price. Nice River view from the Rooftop Cafe. Delicious breakfast. Our room water heater is not functioning well, the staff took faster action and solved the problem. Special thanks to the hotel staff and maintenance brothers. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Good customer care service.

The receptionist and staff are very friendly, the lobby very nice freshener smell i love it. the hotel housekeeping and room service excellent, food average but tasty. room and location were very nice and very peace full. at 3am nice to see fishing boat at Kuantan River. morning sunrise very beautiful. next trip i will choose this hotel again to stay.
